Associate Building Surveyor

Associate/AD Building Surveyor role in West End London offering £70,000 – £90,000 plus 15% bonus. This is a permanent full-time position with hybrid working, focused on technical due diligence and project delivery across commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

* Deliver technical due diligence and project monitoring instructions

* Lead projects through full lifecycle to completion

* Manage client relationships and contribute to business development

* Provide advice across development and investment assets

* Support revenue generation and service growth

Requirements

* Degree in Building Surveying or related field

* MRICS with post-qualification experience

* Strong experience in technical due diligence or project delivery

* Proven consultancy and client-facing background

* Commercial awareness with ability to develop client relationships
