We are currently seeking an experienced Class 2A+ Building Control Surveyor for an interim opportunity based in London. This is an initial 12-month contract, with a strong view to extension due to ongoing workload.

The Role

This is predominantly a site inspection role covers West London.

*

5 days per week carrying out site inspections

*

10-15 inspections a day in the local area.

Key Responsibilities

*

Carrying out site inspections across a range of building types (mostly domestic)

*

Assessing compliance with Building Regulations

*

Providing technical advice

*

Liaising with applicants, contractors, and internal stakeholders

*

Ensuring works meet statutory and safety standards

Requirements

*

Must be Class 2A+ registered with the BSR

*

Proven experience within Building Control

*

Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and legislation

*

Ability to work autonomously in an interim capacity

*

Full UK driving licence (due to site visits)
