M&E Coordinator 

Channel Islands 

£60,000–£70,000 + Full Package + relocation support + 20% Tax on all earnings + 8 year working visa + apply for residency + MORE 

A well-established, family-run main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced M&E Coordinator to deliver high-quality construction projects across the Channel Islands.
This is an ideal move for someone with a strong MEP / Building Services background who wants more ownership, better lifestyle balance, and long-term stability without losing connection to the UK.

You’ll take full responsibility for coordinating mechanical & electrical packages across projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Key duties:

Manage and coordinate all M&E services on site
Oversee subcontractors, programme, and delivery milestones
Review drawings, technical submissions, and specifications
Ensure quality, compliance, and installation standards
Work closely with Project Managers, Commercial teams & Directors
Support commissioning, snagging, and final handover About You
Background as an M&E Coordinator, MEP Manager, or Building Services Manager
Experience working for a main contractor or MEP contractor
Strong technical understanding of mechanical & electrical systems
Comfortable managing subcontractors and driving programme
Organised, proactive, and confident dealing with stakeholders Salary & Package
£60,000 – £70,000 salary
Relocation support provided
