Project Manager

We're looking for a confident, driven Project Manager to take ownership of fast paced commercial fit-out projects across the office and higher education sectors, delivering schemes up to £20 million in value.

This is a client facing role suited to a strong delivery focused PM who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. You'll play a key role in managing projects end to end while supporting work-winning activity and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage traditional fit-out projects (CAT A & CAT B) from pre-construction through to completion.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate internal teams and external consultants across design, procurement, and construction phases.
Manage project programmes, budgets, and risk to ensure successful delivery within agreed parameters.
Support tender processes, presentations, and contribute to securing repeat and new business.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, delivery-focused team culture.

About You

Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects, ideally within office or higher education sectors.
Strong track record of managing projects up to £20 million in value.
Excellent organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Commercially aware with a solid understanding of cost control and project financials.
Confident communicator who can build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to progress within a growing business.
