Site Manager

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a major residential development in Bedminster, Bristol. The scheme is a large-scale RC frame apartment block with a programme running through to October 2027, offering long-term stability and continuity.

The role is with an award-winning, privately-owned housebuilder and developer, widely recognised for delivering high-quality homes and large-scale mixed-use communities across the UK. The business has built a strong reputation for quality, sustainability, and delivering thoughtfully designed developments, working closely with partners and local authorities to create long-term communities.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of this RC frame apartment scheme, supporting the project through key phases of construction through to handover.

You will be responsible for managing internal and external packages, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong residential and RC frame experience looking to be part of a long-term flagship development.

Key Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day site operations on a large RC frame residential scheme
Overseeing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved
Maintaining high levels of health and safety compliance
Ensuring quality standards are met across all elements of the build
Supporting the project through to completion and handover
Liaising with senior management, consultants, and stakeholders
Managing site documentation including RAMS and progress reports

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or apartment schemes
Strong background working on RC frame developments
Ability to manage multiple packages and work within a large project team
Good communication and organisational skills

Essential requirements include SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid at Work.
