We are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Ringwood, Hampshire, working within the social housing sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional looking to make an immediate impact on a range of refurbishment and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing all commercial aspects of social housing projects
Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports
Procurement and subcontractor management
Valuations, variations, and final accounts
Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to contractual requirements
Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teamsRequirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within social housing or residential refurbishment
Strong knowledge of cost control and contract management
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or similar (preferred)What's on Offer:
