Site Manager – Live Food Retail Fit-Out (Waitrose)

We are looking for a Site Manager to oversee a live food retail refurbishment on a Waitrose store, including a new refrigeration installation.

Project Details:

* Value: £4 million

* Duration: 10 weeks

* Environment: Live store (trading throughout)

Key Responsibilities:

* Labour management and coordination of subcontractors on site

* Health & Safety management, ensuring compliance in a live environment

* Client liaison, working closely with store management and stakeholders

* Quality management, ensuring works are delivered to a high standard

* Managing site inductions and overseeing handovers

Requirements:

* Experience managing live food retail store projects (non-negotiable)

* Strong understanding of fast-track refurbishment programmes

* Ability to manage multiple trades and work within tight deadlines
