Quantity Surveyor

An established and reputable contractor specialising in high-end restoration and refurbishment projects is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS (10+ years) to take a lead role on prestigious schemes, working closely with clients and project teams to deliver high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

Full commercial management of projects
Leading on procurement and subcontractor negotiations
Cost reporting and financial forecasting
Managing client relationships and project delivery Requirements:

Minimum 10 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
Experience within refurbishment/restoration or high-end projects
