Commercial Pre Con Manager / Residential – Kent / London

I am currently recruiting for a Pre-Construction Manager for a main contractor based in Kent to work on projects within Residential, Public Sector & Commercial projects in London and the home counties.

Key duties will be –

Strong ability to review drawings and carry out detailed material take-offs
Putting together subcontractor packages ready for tender
Supporting procurement – identifying, scheduling, and organising materials ahead of time
Producing procurement and material delivery schedules to ensure everything lands on time in line with programme
Good all-round construction knowledge (particularly residential / refurb)
Proficient in Bluebeam Revu for take-offsMy client are looking to pay a competitive day rate with the position looking to start ASAP.
