RESIDENT LIAISON OFFICER – WEST LONDON
A well-established main contractor is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support residential refurbishment and regeneration projects across London and the surrounding areas.
This is a key customer-facing role, acting as the link between site teams and residents, ensuring works are communicated effectively and delivered with minimal disruption.

Key Responsibilities:
• Acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout project delivery
• Providing clear communication via letters, meetings, and regular updates
• Managing resident queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Supporting vulnerable residents and ensuring individual needs are met
• Working closely with site teams to coordinate works and minimise disruption

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer within construction or social housing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
• Organised with good administrative skills
