Senior Bid Writer
SENIOR BID WRITER – LONDON
A growing construction and property services business is seeking an experienced Senior Bid Writer to support public-sector housing and refurbishment opportunities across London and the surrounding areas.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for producing high-quality, compelling bids and supporting the successful delivery of new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the full bid lifecycle from opportunity to submission
• Writing and reviewing PQQs, ITTs, and framework submissions
• Developing win themes and tailored responses aligned to client requirements
• Collaborating with internal teams to gather technical and commercial input
• Ensuring all submissions are compliant, accurate, and submitted on time
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Bid Writer within construction, housing, or the built environment
• Strong understanding of public-sector tendering processes
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders
