Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

A well-established family-run contractor is looking to add an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to their team.

They deliver maintenance, refurbishment and fit-out projects across the education, healthcare, retail and leisure sectors, with project values typically up to £500k.

You’ll be joining a close-knit team of around 10 people in a supportive, down-to-earth environment where you’ll be trusted to get involved in the commercial delivery of projects, while still having guidance from experienced members of the team.

The Role

* Supporting the commercial management of multiple live projects

* Managing valuations, variations and final accounts

* Involvement in procurement and subcontractor account management

* Working closely with the operational team and attending sites as required

About You

* 2 to 4 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role

* Confident working across multiple projects at once

* Looking to develop your QS career within a practical, hands-on environment
