Quantity Surveyor

We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor. You will be working in Manchester.

Monday – Friday
08:00am -17:00pm
Temp Contract – Ongoing
Day rate between £400 – £450 per day

Job Purpose

* Identify and assess potential property acquisition opportunities for Skyline children’s homes on a rolling 4-week cycle, maintaining and updating the Skyline tracker

* Coordinate with Service Providers and Local Authorities to shortlist opportunities and secure initial approvals via desktop review

* Arrange and lead joint property viewings with key stakeholders to support suitability assessments

* Commission and manage condition surveys, valuations, and legal due diligence following acceptance of an expression of interest

* Oversee the end-to-end conveyancing process through to completion

* Prepare Board reports and secure all required internal approvals prior to exchange and completion
