Assistant Site Manager – High-Rise Residential Project (South West London)

We are currently seeking an experienced and well-rounded Assistant Site Manager to join a major high-rise residential development in South London.

Project Overview:

* Landmark residential tower (36 storeys)

* Structure currently progressing up to Level 14

* Phase transitioning into envelope, façade, and external works

* Fast-paced, high-profile build environment

Role Responsibilities:

* Support site management team in day-to-day operations

* Strong focus on external works, envelope, and façade delivery

* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure programme milestones are achieved

* Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality control

* Assist in driving progress through later-stage structural and external packages

Candidate Profile:

* Proven experience on large-scale residential or high-rise projects

* Strong understanding of externals / façade / envelope packages (preferred emphasis)

* Confident, proactive, and capable of managing subcontractor coordination

* A well-rounded Assistant Site Manager ready to step up in responsibility

Salary:

* £45,000 – £50,000 base
