Senior Estimator – Major Civil Engineering Projects

Euston (HS2) & City of London

Two opportunities are available for Senior Estimators to join major infrastructure projects in London.

One role is based on a flagship Euston programme (HS2), with responsibility for target cost planning, benchmarking and integrated estimating within a complex, live environment. The second role is based in the City of London, supporting large-scale infrastructure projects (£100m+), contributing to both bid and delivery phases with a focus on pricing strategy and risk integration.

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates for work packages and preliminaries

* Support to bid submissions and commercial proposals

* Collaboration with planning, technical and delivery teams

* Engagement with subcontractors and suppliers to validate pricing and methodologies

* Contribution to risk assessments and ongoing cost management as designs evolve

Requirements:

* Experience within major infrastructure, rail or heavy civils projects

* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of construction methodologies

* Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams

* Proficiency in estimating tools such as CostX, Bluebeam or CCS (Candy) advantageous
