CAD Technician

Excellent opportunity for a CAD Technician from a construction/civil/structural background looking to join an expanding operating at the forefront of their industry.

This company specialise in the heavy lifting industry and provide a range of services to meet customer requirements across the UK. Due to continued growth development plans they require a CAD Technician to support their clients bespoke solutions and designs for their projects.

In this role you will liaise with customers and engineering teams to understand each project requirement, you will then create drawings and design to suit. You will also undergo extensive training in order for you to become an expert within their industry and have the opportunity to progress your career long term.

This role would therefore suit an CAD Technician from a construction/civil/structural background who is looking for the chance to train with a specialist industry whilst working on exciting projects.

The Role:

Design & create drawings to client requirements
Liaising with engineering teams and customers
Covering sites around Yorkshire
£45,000 – £55,000 + Car + Training + BenefitsThe Person:

Experience as a CAD Technician
Ideally experience within construction/civil/structural
Happy to be office & site based
Commutable to Barnsley
