Location: Surrey

Salary: £38000-£42000 (dependent on experience)

A well-established, design-driven architectural practice based in Surrey is looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join its expanding team. This RIBA-chartered studio is recognised for producing high-quality architecture across a range of sectors, including commercial, residential, retail, and education. The practice offers a collaborative, supportive environment that encourages creativity, technical development, and professional growth.

The role of Architect will involve:

* Leading and supporting retail design and fit-out projects from concept through to completion
* Coordinating design information and technical outputs across internal and external project teams
* Producing drawings, specifications and Scope of Works documentation
* Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure effective project delivery
* Supporting project programming, coordination and site-based activities where required
* Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and relevant industry standards
* Managing workload across multiple live projects to meet agreed deadlines

The successful Architect will have:

* ARB registration
* Significant experience in a UK based practice
* Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
* Revit proficiency required
* Experience producing specifications and Scope of Works documents
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
* Proven ability to manage workload and deliver under pressure
