Site Manager – Cladding Remediation

SE London  
Contract:  Up to £275 pd
Permanent : Up to £60,000 + package
Start; May 18th 2026  A principal contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in cladding remediation to join a live project Southeast London.
 
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a £1m cladding remediation project, overseeing subcontractors, programme, and health & safety. Reporting into a Contracts Manager who will attend site on a weekly basis.
 
The project is starting in May with a 6 month programme.
 
Key Requirements 

Proven experience as a Site Manager within cladding remediation
Strong experience managing live sites
Confident overseeing subcontractors, programme, QA and H&S
Experience using Viewpoint and Field View systems (essential) This can be a contract or permanent appointment. A full job description can be provided.
