Start : June 2026 A well-established main contractor delivering high-quality commercial projects across London, are about to kick off something big.

They’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to take the lead on a £40m CAT A fit-out of a vacant building in the City of London.

This is a standout opportunity to get involved early — with a 3-month pre-construction/lead-in period starting June 2026, ahead of a 2-year programme going live on site in September 2026.
What you’ll be doing:

Leading the project from pre-con through to delivery
Managing programme, commercial performance, and client relationships
Driving site teams and subcontractors to deliver a high-spec commercial scheme
Producing and managing detailed project programmes using Asta Powerproject
Ensuring quality, safety, and deadlines are consistently metWhat they’re looking for:

Proven experience delivering large-scale CAT A / commercial fit-out projects
Strong leadership and client-facing skills
Proficient in Asta Powerproject (essential)
Ability to take full ownership from early stages through to completion
