Electrical Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical works on a residential construction project. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a solid technical background, and a commitment to delivering high quality installations safely and on schedule.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on site

* Manage electricians and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality standards

* Ensure compliance with current electrical regulations and health & safety requirements

* Review drawings, specifications, and project plans to guide site activities

* Conduct site inspections and quality checks

* Liaise with project managers, site managers, and other trades

* Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress updates

* Identify and resolve technical issues promptly

Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on residential projects

* Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

* Valid ECS/CSCS card (Supervisor level preferred)

* Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and regulations

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* SSSTS or SMSTS certification (desirable)
