Site Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a high-end bank fit out project in London. This is a premium commercial interior scheme, requiring a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage works within a quality-driven, client-facing environment.

The project involves the full internal fit out of a banking space, including high-spec finishes, specialist installations, and coordinated services. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a prestigious scheme with a contractor known for delivering complex, high-quality commercial interiors.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standard. You will be managing multiple trades and subcontractors, coordinating packages, and maintaining close communication with the client and project stakeholders throughout.

This role will require a hands-on approach, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work within a live or sensitive environment where quality and presentation are critical.

Key Responsibilities

Managing all on-site activities for a high-end commercial fit out
Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and deliveries
Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and specification
Maintaining high standards of health and safety compliance
Overseeing quality control and ensuring a high-end finish throughout
Managing site logistics in a busy city location
Liaising with clients, consultants, and project teams
Ensuring all documentation including RAMS, permits, and reports are maintained
Supporting the project through to successful completion and handover

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or high-end fit out projects
Strong track record delivering interior fit out schemes to a high specification
Ability to manage multiple trades and work within tight programmes
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Experience working in live or sensitive environments is advantageous

Essential requirements include SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid at Work.
