Site Manager

Our client a Tier 1 residential developer is looking for Site Manager to join their team in Wandsworth.

Role Summary

This role involves supporting the delivery of a construction project by managing both internal and external packages on site. You’ll work closely with the wider site team to coordinate day-to-day activities, ensure works are delivered in line with programme, and resolve any technical issues that arise.

You’ll be responsible for making sure the design and specifications are followed correctly, while maintaining high standards across health & safety, quality, and overall site performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Overseeing day-to-day site activities and coordinating subcontractors

* Ensuring all works are delivered in line with programme and design specifications

* Managing health & safety on site, including RAMS, inspections, and briefings

* Liaising with the project team, contractors, and external stakeholders

* Monitoring progress and reporting on performance against programme

* Resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth delivery of works

* Maintaining quality standards, inspections, and commissioning processes

* Supporting testing, handover, and final completion stages

* Keeping accurate site records, reports, and documentation

What They’re Looking For

* Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing of trades

* Experience working on fast-paced projects with multiple subcontractors

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Ability to manage programme, quality, and safety on site

* SMSTS and CSCS required
