M&E Manager to work on statement buildings projects across the West Midlands. This M&E Manager must have experience of fit-outs and refurbishment projects. As a proven M&E Manager / M&E Contracts Manager you will for my client be managing very elite large scale M&E projects in excess of upto £10m.

You will be responsible for

* Project management and coordinating the M&E Installation

* Attending all site and client meetings

* Managing the progress and programme of the project’s delivery in particular M&E.

* Management of the M&E subcontractors and other relevant agencies

* Health and Safety input and supervision

* Quality

* Building Services Management

This role will suit –

M&E Manager. M&E Project Manager, M&E Contracts Manager, Building Services Manager
