Site Manager

Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Site Manager in Cardiff.

Key Responsibilities –

* Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring refurbishment works are delivered safely, on time, and in line with project specification.

* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and school stakeholders to minimise disruption to staff and students during works

* Enforce strict health & safety standards, safeguarding procedures, and compliance with regulations specific to live educational environments

Key Requirements –

* SMSTS,

* CSCS,

* First Aid

* Have experience in working on Schools projects previously
