Site Agent – Civil Engineering

To continue on their successful growth programme and meet their loyal client’s needs they are needing to recruit a site agent to the already successful team. Position: Site Agent

Location: Thams Valley

Package: Negotiable

Duties:

* Health and safety leadership to the assigned operational delivery site team

* Ensuring compliance with all relevant HSE legislation and Standards

* Promoting and implementing sustainable business objectives

* Achieving gross site margin target on allocated schemes as directed by the contract’s manager

* Compliance with all relevant client Standards and HSE guidance

* Ensuring sufficient and competent resource is in place for the delivery of the project and ensuring the project objectives are communicated to the site team

* Developing and maintaining a build programme

* Ensure works are communicated and delivered against milestones.

* Identifying, managing and controlling associated programme risks

* Communicating Risks as required

* Building strong client and stakeholder relationships to protect and enhance the company’s reputation to support repeat business

* Upholding the core company values, inspiring and encouraging the same throughout the team

Background

* Either HND/HNC/Degree qualified or equivalent

* Experience of working in the civil engineering arena

* Ability to communicate at all levels

* Track record in project leadership or equivalent
