The Role
We are currently recruiting for a motivated and driven Junior Surveyor to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a dynamic construction business, with exposure to a variety of projects and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting the commercial team with day-to-day surveying duties

* Preparing and completing take-offs from drawings and specifications

* Supporting with cost planning and procurement processes

* Assisting in the preparation of valuations and final accounts

* Where experience allows, evaluating project costs and contributing to tender reviews

* Working closely with senior team members to ensure project success

Requirements

* Some prior experience in a surveying or construction-related role

* A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development

* Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

* A driven attitude with a genuine interest in progressing within the industry
