Quantity Surveyor – Residential House Developer
Career-Bridge Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded residential developer to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic commercial team based in Weymouth.

The Role
In this role, you will take ownership of financial and cost control across one or more developments, from initial award through to final account completion.
You will be responsible for:

Managing the commercial performance of projects to ensure profitability and efficiency

Producing accurate cost reporting and CVRs
*
Cash flow forecasting and financial planning
*
Subcontract procurement, administration, and management
*
Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures
*
Promoting commercial best practice across projects
*
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, design teams, and the wider supply chain
About You
*
Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within residential or main contracting environments
*
Strong commercial awareness with a proactive approach to cost management
*
Good understanding of standard forms of contract (JCT preferred)
*
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*
Ability to manage multiple priorities across live projects
