Site Manager – About the role:

As a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager looking to step up, you will be responsible for delivery of a new housing development to the highest standard of safety and quality, within the construction budget and construction programme. In your role, you will oversee an on-site Assistant Site Manager and report into a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager.

Site Manager – About you:

You will have a proven track record of delivering new build housing projects, working for a national PLC developer or regional developer/contractor;

* Demonstrable track record of residential house building site management

* Professional qualification to an appropriate level

* Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients

* Self-motivated and proactive

* Excellent attention to detail

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Excellent technical and practical knowledge and the ability to resolve important detail

* First Aid Trained

* SMSTS Qualified
