Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We’re currently working with a well-established construction company based in Southampton, specialising in fit-out projects across the commercial and education sectors. With a strong pipeline of work including school refurbishments and office fit-outs, they are looking to bring on an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support their growing commercial team.

The Role:

* Supporting the commercial team across multiple fit-out projects

* Assisting with cost management, valuations, and variations

* Working closely with project managers and site teams

* Helping to ensure projects are delivered on budget and to a high standard

What They’re Looking For:

* Experience or a strong interest in Quantity Surveying

* Background in construction (fit-out experience is beneficial but not essential)

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
