Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile £30 million project in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a major scheme from inception through to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning to handover

* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including contractors, consultants, and stakeholders

* Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and budgets

* Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies

* Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates

* Oversee procurement, contract administration, and cost control

Requirements

* Proven experience managing large-scale projects (ideally £20M+ value)

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget

* Experience in construction / infrastructure / commercial development (tailor as needed)
