Chartered Building Surveyor

A Chartered Building Surveyor role based in London offering £50,000–£60,000 plus bonus on a Permanent full-time basis. This position delivers a balance of project and professional services across public sector estates, including refurbishment, retrofit and building safety schemes.

Responsibilities

* Deliver surveys, technical due diligence and reporting

* Manage refurbishment and retrofit projects end-to-end

* Undertake EWS inspections and building safety reviews

* Administer contracts and act as Employer’s Agent

* Advise on compliance, asset management and maintenance strategies

Requirements

* MRICS, AssocRICS or working towards

* Minimum five years’ building surveying experience

* Consultancy or private practice background

* Experience with contract administration

* Knowledge of public sector and commercial property
