Architectural Technician

We are seeking a talented Architectural Technician to join our client’s team in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, including residential, industrial, education, and healthcare schemes, offering excellent exposure and career development.

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed technical drawings, working drawings, and specifications

Produce and manage design information using Revit

Assist in the preparation of planning applications and Building Regulations packages

Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and industry standards

Respond to technical queries during construction and assist with on-site coordination

Requirements:

Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology (HNC/HND/Degree)

Proven experience in a similar Architectural Technician role

Experience working on residential, industrial, education, or healthcare projects

Strong proficiency in Revit

Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
