Site Manager

An established contractor is looking to appoint experienced Site Managers to support a strong pipeline of upcoming projects across Edinburgh.

The Role:

You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing site teams, subcontractors and trades

* Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are met

* Maintaining high standards of health & safety

* Overseeing quality control and site inspections

* Liaising with clients, consultants and internal teams

* Managing site documentation and reporting

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction

* Experience delivering care home, residential or similar projects

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple trades and drive programme

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (preferred)
