Estimator

Apex Resources Limited are on the lookout for a estimator on a permanent contract in Nelson, BB9.

Responsibilities :

Determining the total cost of subcontractor, materials, equipment, utilities, and labour for construction projects.

Engage with the supply chain the ensure costs are robust and solutions are buildable.

Collaborating with other teams, conducting site visits, and providing other services, like bid deliveries, when required.

Develop client and consultant relations and develop solid working relationships.

Start Date: ASAP

Contract/Salary Rate: Negotiable DOE

Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience doing estimating, Checkable references and up to date qualifications
