An established and growing M&E contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to help drive and expand their mechanical division.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to step up, take ownership, and play a key role in building a successful department — with a clear route to Directorship.

Role Overview:

* Managing mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion

* Overseeing projects up to £3M across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors

* Leading project delivery, programmes, and client relationships

* Supporting the growth and development of the mechanical division

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a Mechanical Contracts Manager role within M&E

* Strong track record delivering projects

* Commercial awareness and leadership ability

* Estimating/pricing experience advantageous but not essential
