Your new role
As Freelance Site Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of an £11m office refurbishment within a live university campus in Manchester. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate multiple trades, maintain programme momentum, and ensure works are delivered safely and to a high standard while liaising closely with the wider project team.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects £5m+Strong commercial / office refurbishment backgroundExperience working in live or occupied environmentsSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificatesStrong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
