About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a well-established Subcontractor who have a turnover of approx. £200m. This is an opportunity to become part of their commercial team for projects across London and the South East. They are currently on active on nearly 200 sites which are predominately residential.

This company specialise in dry lining, facades, metal works and glazing with a strong reputation and high level of repeat business.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor

Include but not limited to:

Take full commercial responsibility for multiple packages from pre-construction to final account agreement
Prepare, submit and negotiate valuations, variations and final accounts
Manage and control project costs
Review and interpret contracts
Produce accurate cost reports, forecasts and cash flow projections
Liaise closely with the site teamKey Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Minimum 7 year of experience in quantity surveying
Knowledge of dry lining is essential
Live within commutable distance to South East London
Degree in a construction related subjectWhat's on offer:
