Architect

Senior Architect – High Wycombe

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our RIBA Chartered architectural practice who are firm believers in work life balance and offer flexi-working time, leading the delivery of projects, including high-quality residential schemes from initial brief through to final handover.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage residential projects across all RIBA work stages, from concept design to completion

* Develop and present design proposals that respond to client briefs, planning requirements, and site constraints

* Produce and oversee detailed design information using Revit

* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery

* Manage project programmes, budgets, and resources effectively

* Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:

* Architect with post-Part 3 experience in a UK-based practice

* Strong proficiency in Revit

* Proven track record of delivering residential projects from inception to handover

* Excellent design, technical, and project management skills

* Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes

* Confident communicator with strong client-facing experience
