A leading and well-established M&E contractor, delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical solutions across the commercial and industrial sectors. With a strong pipeline of projects and continued growth, are now looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their team.

As an Electrical Estimator, you will play a key role in the tendering and pre-construction process, working on electrical projects valued up to £4 million. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for a range of commercial and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed and accurate electrical estimates from drawings and specifications.
• Analyse tender documents and identify project requirements.
• Produce take-offs and pricing for materials, labour, and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams during the tender process.
• Evaluate risks and opportunities within each tender.
• Ensure all submissions are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Support the pre-construction and project delivery teams as required.

Requirements
• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the M&E or building services sector.
• Experience tendering projects up to £4 million.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical installations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
