About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a motivated and driven Junior Surveyor to join our client’s expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a dynamic construction business, gaining valuable exposure to groundworks and civil engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities

Assisting the commercial team with day-to-day quantity surveying duties
*
Preparing and completing take-offs from drawings and specifications
*
Supporting cost planning and procurement activities
*
Assisting in the preparation of interim valuations and final accounts
*
Contributing to project cost analysis and tender reviews (where experience permits)
*
Working closely with senior surveyors and project teams to support successful project delivery
Requirements
*
Previous experience in a surveying or construction-related role is preferred
*
Groundworks experience is desirable but not essential
*
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and career development
*
Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
*
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
*
A motivated and ambitious attitude with a genuine interest in the construction industry
