Health & Safety Advisor – Demolition & RC Frames

About the Role:

An opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to support a range of demolition and RC frame projects. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, driving high safety standards, and promoting a proactive safety culture across site operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide H&S support across demolition and RC frame projects

* Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety tours

* Review and implement RAMS and Construction Phase Plans

* Support incident investigations and reporting

* Deliver toolbox talks and site inductions

* Monitor high-risk activities including lifting operations, temporary works, and work at height

* Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and HSE requirements

Key Skills & Experience

* Experience in demolition, civil engineering, or RC frame construction

* Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and high-risk site activities

* NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate

* Experience carrying out audits and incident investigations

* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable

* IOSH membership (TechIOSH/GradIOSH)

* Experience on complex or inner-city projects

* Understanding of demolition sequencing and RC frame processes
