Job Description: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations within a large public facility in Chester. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning team.
Ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
Allocate tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure efficiency and quality.
Train, support, and motivate cleaning staff.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of cleaning standards.
Manage cleaning supplies, stock levels, and equipment usage.
Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed.
Report any maintenance issues or incidents to management promptly.

Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience is essential, with supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Good communication skills.
Punctual, reliable, and professional at all times.
