Construction Delivery Manager
Are you an experienced Construction Manager ready to take ownership of a complex, safety-critical build environment?

The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a major UK infrastructure project, supporting the successful delivery of a defined construction area within a large, regulated environment. You will play a key role in coordinating site activity, ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld, and supporting contractor performance on a high-profile scheme.

Construction Manager, Construction Delivery Manager, Site Manager, Section Manager, Works Manager, Project Site Manager, Senior Site Coordinator, Package Manager, Build Manager, or Construction Superintendent.
Your duties and responsibilities will be
Support and challenge delivery partners to enable safe, efficient progress of construction activities within your assigned area.
Oversee day-to-day site operations, identifying risks to safety, quality or programme and implementing proportionate mitigation measures.
Monitor site progress, contributing accurate updates and reports, and escalating issues clearly to senior construction leadership when required.
Coordinate closely with health and safety, logistics, planning and commercial teams to ensure construction activities are aligned and well communicated.
Attend planning and coordination meetings, carry out site inspections, and reinforce key safety and performance messages across contractor teams.You will have the following qualifications and experience
Strong experience managing construction sequencing, recovery planning, and resource coordination on complex builds.
Sound understanding of CDM Regulations and a safety?led approach to site management.
Proven background delivering construction works within large projects or programmes.
Ability to produce clear, concise reports and communicate confidently with multiple stakeholders.
A relevant qualification in construction management or engineering, or equivalent industry experience, supported by SMSTS or IOSH certification.Get in touch now
