Site Manager – Leeds | 12–18 Month Contract

We Are Footprint are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a key client, a leading Tier 1 contractor, on an exciting new build office project in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile development with a respected main contractor.
The Role:
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, managing site teams, and maintaining compliance with all health & safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise all on-site activities
* Ensure health & safety standards are upheld at all times
* Coordinate subcontractors and site labour
* Monitor project progress against programme
* Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control
* Liaise with project stakeholders and report on progress
Requirements:
* Proven experience working for a Tier 1 contractor
* Strong background in new build projects (office/commercial preferred)
* Valid SMSTS certification
* Valid CSCS card
* First Aid at Work certification
* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Duration: 12–18 months
