Electrical Project Manager

We are working on behalf of a leading Principal MEP contractor who need an Electrical Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis in the North East.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company that offers long term security within the North East! They have over 140 years of experience in delivering high quality MEP services across a range of sectors including Healthcare, Education, Commercial and much more.

Project Managers are a valuable part of their business, the focus of this role will be to provide leadership, insight, direction and foresight in the safe and profitable delivery of schemes. You would be working across various teams including Pre-Construction, Commercial and Operations, where you will be involved in process work and work alongside operations managers on multiple jobs or you could be leading on larger jobs.

As a Project Manager you will:

• Lead the electrical services engineering elements from pre-construction to project completion. This will include design and procurement

• Lead the full MEP works on site in terms of safety, quality, programme and budget. This will involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders to the project.

• Lead the overall MEP team, providing mentorship and leadership throughout, ensuring correct integration with the wider construction team.
