We’re working with a really interesting MEP Contractor delivering residential, mixed-use and commercial fit-out schemes across London and the South East.

With a £40m turnover, circa 55 employees, a strong pipeline, and 8–10 live projects, they’ve built a reputation for delivering quality work with a real personal touch to their clients.

Their current flagship scheme is a £15m MEP residential project in West London, alongside projects in Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and East London.

They also operate specialist divisions in pre-fabrication and sprinkler installations, giving them a genuine edge in delivery.

The Role

Based predominantly out of their Hertfordshire Head Office, you’ll join a growing commercial team, working across multiple live projects with a blend of office, site and home working.

Duties include:

* Commercial management of MEP packages

* Cost reporting, valuations, variations and final accounts

* Working closely with project and delivery teams

* Exposure to multiple projects rather than being stuck on one

The Opportunity

The current surveying team is very lean, and the Commercial Manager is progressing towards Commercial Director. As such, there is a very clear and realistic opportunity for you to step into the Commercial Manager position.

What They’re Looking For

* MEP Quantity Surveyor or Senior MEP QS

* Experience within MEP contracting preferred but not essential

* Open to strong candidates from consultancy backgrounds

* Someone commercially sharp, but also practical and grounded

Package:

* Up to £90,000 salary
