Site Manager – Alton, Hampshire – New Build Residential Development of 10 Traditional Build Units – Cover on the following days – Friday 8/05, Monday 11/05, Thurs 14/05 & then 8 staright days from the 20/05 – 29/05

Our client are a leading resi developer with sites in and around the South East, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a Residential Development in Alton

Tasks/ Responsibilities:

Ordering of Labour

*

Ordering of Materials

*

Identify and resolve any issues with the project

*

To be a point of contact for our client.

Skills/ Qualifications required:

*

SMSTS & CSCS Card

*

Strong work ethic

*

First Aid Certificate

*

Experience in volume Residential New Builds
