Site Manager – Industrial Strip Out | Luton (LU1) | Immediate Start

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a small industrial unit strip out project in Luton (LU1) starting Monday 27th April.

Scope of works includes:

Strip out of alarm & fire electrical systems

Blockwork demolition

Floor repairs

Key Responsibilities:

Full site Health & Safety management (primary focus)

Coordinating trades & ensuring works run to schedule

Maintaining site compliance and standards

Requirements:

Valid SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid

Proven experience managing strip out / demolition projects

Strong H&S knowledge and leadership on site

Available to start immediately
