Project Manager Construction

We have a great opportunity for a Project Manager working with a fit-out contractor in Buckingham, close to Milton Keynes.

The Project is valued £1.3M and is a shower room fit out at a School. You will be responsible for managing the site and will be reporting to the Project Director daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal Site Manager must have:

• CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experience
• Experience with School fit-outs
• Have experience in delivering education fit-outs
• External drainage experience
• Experience successfully running fit-out projects as a Site Manager on projects
• Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
• DBS a must, required are SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs
