Responsibilities

* Deliver technical due diligence and project monitoring instructions

* Prepare technical reports and advisory documentation

Requirements

* Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline

* MRICS qualified or working towards chartership

* Experience in technical due diligence or project monitoring

* Consultancy experience within commercial property sectors

* Strong client-facing communication and commercial awareness
